As an Apple Student Representative, my job responsibilities included the promotion and support of Apple products on campus. I functioned as a liaison between customers and Apple in regard to upgrades, buying decisions, and software problems. I devised and implemented many promotional programs targeted at both the University and its students, faculty, and staff.

I worked closely with Apple and the University to provide sales, marketing. and technical support.
