As Director of Technology Services I am responsible for all day to day operations of technology at the school.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technology budget
• Manage day to day activities of Technology staff
• Manage campus network operations
• Evaluate products and technologies for use on campus
• Interact with other administrators on school-wide decisions

Significant accomplishments:

• Involved in the development of the schools strategic plan.
• Restructured the Technology Services Department for more efficient operations.
• Evaluated school-wide management applications, acquired, installed, and oversaw implementation of the selected system throughout the campus.
• Initiated and fostered the school's intranet. The intranet is used buy faculty, students, and parents on a daily basis to: report grades, attendance, and discipline, post course work information, provide contact information and print report cards and other official documents.
• Implemented a hardware replacement program to make sure technology is always up to date. Justified needs to other administrators and the board and helped in targeting and acquisition of funding. The implementation of this project is still ongoing.
